SARAH JANE HENSHALL
Sarah Jane Henshall was admitted as an Attorney in South Africa and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales while working as in-house counsel in financial services in London.
A desire to assist with the HIV/AIDS crisis in her native South Africa saw her work in the international charity and NGO sector for several years. On her return to South Africa and to private practice she qualified as a conveyancer. She remains interested in how legal services can better equip charities and NGOs to give effect to their mandate. She serves as Chairperson of her children’s School Governing Body.
